Logbook content
Form definitions, submitted entries, timestamps, corrections, photos, signatures, and other information chosen by a workspace owner.

Limited request and event information used to secure access, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and keep an audit history.
Optional AI form conversion.
When an owner chooses automatic conversion, LoggedAt sends the uploaded photo or PDF to Replicate for AI processing. The service returns suggested fields as an editable draft. Nothing is published automatically.
Use a blank template when possible. Do not use automatic conversion for completed paper records that contain personal, confidential, or sensitive information.

Choose fields carefully
Workspace owners are responsible for having an appropriate reason to collect contributor information and for giving any notices their workflow requires.
Keep your own copy
Owners can export records as PDF or CSV. During launch, workspace data and record history are retained so owners can retrieve their records.
A shared logbook link allows people to submit to that logbook. Treat the link and any PIN as access details, place QR codes only where intended, and remove them when the workflow ends.
