Security

Records you can trust and retrieve.

Access stays focused, changes stay traceable, and owners can take a copy whenever needed.

Security starts with clear boundaries.

Contributors get a fast path to submit. Owners get the tools to review and manage the record.

Protected owner access

Dashboard records and settings sit behind an authenticated owner account.

Scoped entry links

A contributor link accepts entries without exposing the owner record history.

Optional identity checks

Require a name, identifier, or PIN when the workflow needs attribution.

Managed cloud protection

Data is protected in transit over HTTPS and at rest by managed cloud infrastructure.

Access follows the job.

Entry and management are separate paths, so contributors do not need access to the owner dashboard.

Contributor path

Open a shared link, pass any required identity check, and submit an entry.

Owner path

Sign in to view records, manage fields, review corrections, and create exports.

Corrections keep their context.

A correction should explain the record, not erase its past. Original values and timing remain available to the owner.

Server timestamps

Every submission receives a consistent recorded time.

Correction history

Changes retain the original value and correction context.

Portable exports

PDF and CSV exports let owners retain their own copy.

Security questions.

Can someone with the QR code see old entries?

No. The contributor page is designed for submission and does not display the owner record history.

Can an entry be corrected?

Owners can record a correction while keeping the original submission and its timing available in the history.

Can I keep my own copy of the data?

Yes. Owners can export records as PDF or CSV files for storage, reporting, or handoff.

Does LoggedAt claim a compliance certification?

Not at launch. We describe the controls that exist and avoid presenting a certification we have not completed.
